We offer both. Seasonal contracts include automatic service whenever snowfall reaches the trigger depth defined in your agreement. Per-visit snow removal is available based on storm schedule and route capacity.

What time of day do you typically clear snow?

For residential properties, we aim to have driveways and walkways cleared before most people need to leave in the morning for significant overnight storms. For daytime storms, we schedule visits based on accumulation, road conditions, and safety. Commercial schedules are set to align with business hours and site requirements.

Do you also apply salt or ice melt?

Yes. We can apply salt or ice-melt products to driveways, walkways, steps, and high-traffic areas. We also offer more eco-conscious product options upon request and will recommend a treatment plan based on your property’s unique needs.

What happens during back-to-back or very heavy storms?

During extended storms, we prioritize keeping access open. That may mean multiple passes on the same property within a 24-hour period, depending on your service plan. We’ll communicate expected timing as conditions develop.
